Bite sized Lemon meringue pies

Tis the season for Lemon Meringue pie we feel.  It's been

a very bad season in Wellington for lemons so we are glad

to now put them to use.  These little cuties were ripe and ready

for high tea last Sunday..... Mmmmmm perfect with a cuppa

tea!
