WELLINGTON WELFARE CO-ORDINATION CENTRE.....NOW OPEN AT 101 Wakefield street.





Wellington City Council along with Housing New Zealand, Ministry of Social Development, Inland Revenue Department, Department of Labour and Victim Support have established a welfare coordination centre on the ground floor of 101 Wakefield Street.


If you are aware of people from Christchurch who require assistance (accommodation, financial assistance, passports, emotional support) then please send them to the Welfare Coordination Centre.
The Centre will be open 9.00am - 5.00pm daily until further notice.

The Welfare Centre, established at Toi P┼Źneke Arts Centre last week, has been closed and Pipitea Marae will close its accommodation service today.
