SUNDAY LUNCH!



Wholemeal or No Meal. It's good to get a little roughage in your system don't you think. Just a cup of ground bran and rye in all your baking is good for you.

We've used a lovely crusty wholemeal pastry in these fresh corn, blue cheese and pea tarts.... served up with a squash and nutmeg soup. As much as possible, ingredients are picked from our garden straight to the kitchen, it's all so much tastier!
