We always have bran muffins instore to keep us regular! Poached figs and nashi pear on the menu at the mo. Tamarillos coming soon...can't wait!
The simple things in life....Mixed sauteed mushrooms on brioche toast with herb butter and avocado oil. Not the most complicated dish on our menu, but a popular winter staple.

Buckwheat is our friend....a great gluten free option. We've used it as a coarse grain salad option and tossed it in Olivado's zest avocado oil. So tasty!

Chicken and mushroom pie for winter....use a nice chicken stock and rehydrated forest mushrooms to intensify the flavor.
Green minestrone soup......YUM!
Roasted fig, apple and almond buttered filo pie. We served it with a pastachio and halva ice cream. All organic of course.
